ASX could include ESG language in new governance guidance

The Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) could, from 1 July, recommend that listed companies disclose how economic, environmental and social sustainability risks are identified and managed when it publishes the third edition of the Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations.
